this is my 2nd order. Great product, not only does it add a delicious flavour but when cooking chicken help the skin to crisp up.
Not quite like the chicken salt in Australia, but it is delicious. The umami works very well – goes great with fries (or chips, depending on where one is)!
Great tasting chicken salt
I usually dry brine my chicken (sprinkle with salt 4 hours before cooking). I have started substituting Chicken Salt instead and then a herb rub before cooking. Tender and juicy chicken with a nice crisp skin. I keep meaning to try on fries but always forget. I do know that it is my secret ingredient when cooking chicken. Service is excellent from this site.
