Shipping Rates (Canada)

Shipping within Canada:

• 2 or more pouches — free
• 1 pouch — $5.99 flat
• Yukon, NWT, Nunavut — rate shown at checkout

Delivery Times & Tracking

Orders of two or more pouches ship by courier with tracking, and typically arrive within 3- 7 business days.

Single-pouch orders ship by Canada Post Lettermail. This keeps the cost down on small orders, but it doesn't include tracking and it's slower — usually four to twelve business days depending on your location and the time of year.

If your address is a PO box, we'll ship by Canada Post regardless of order size, as couriers can't deliver to them.

I'd Like Tracking or Faster Delivery

Tracking is included automatically on orders of two or more pouches. If you'd like tracking or expedited delivery on a single-pouch order, email us at hello@thesaltedrooster.com before you order and we'll arrange it.

I Received Only Part of My Order

Larger orders occasionally ship in more than one package. They should arrive together, but please allow a couple of extra business days if they don't.

I Didn't Receive My Order!

If twelve business days have passed and nothing's arrived, get in touch at hello@thesaltedrooster.com and we'll sort it out.
